Alex Wilson, a construction management professional heads up the company with over 20 years experience from concept to completion in the UK residential and commercial building sectors. During his career working as a quantity surveyor, commercial manager & project manager he has worked with and managed some of the best UK tradesman and sub-contractors in the industry.

SEED was founded by Alex as he wanted to simplify and change the way in which both residential customers and commercial companies perceive the long drawn out standard building process, whilst giving back to the environment. By simplifying the standard building process from concept to completion, offering services from architectural drawings, planning submission through to final build completion, it saves time and money to home owners, commercial businesses and developers, whilst ensuring low risk high quality build results.
